Conference Part II

So back to the conference championships and what they could mean to the football card hobby.

Saints
Brees- he can't get much hotter than he is now, but a win this weekend will drive his cards up even further, and if they should win the SB, he should be closing in on Brady territory.
Bush- if Reggie Bush continues his hot streak, his cards will go back to where they were in '06. After a couple of slow years, he's really shown what he's made of this year.
Any Saints WR-going up! With Brees throwing to them, any receiver could have a breakout game and is subject to a price gain.
Saints D-not much of change expected here, maybe Jonathan Vilma, or Jabari Greer could see some growth but that's about it.

Colts
Manning- although he is a higher end player, he is not one of the "elite" a la Brady, Brees, etc. A win on Sunday could help bring him to the next level.
Brown- Donald Brown is the only Colts RB that I see gaining anything from these playoffs. He is a high demand player with a low price, but his price ceiling is pretty high. If he continues to play well, I can see him taking over the starting role next year.
Addai- Can't seem to garner enough attention or hype to be one of the elite RB's in the hobby.
Garcon/Collie- will continue to go up as long as they are catching passes from Manning

Jets
Sanchez- overpriced right now in my opinion, but he's winning so what does it matter?
Thomas Jones-see Addai above. No matter what he does on the field, he doesn't do much in the hobby. You can buy his rookie autos for a couple bucks.
Shonn Green-exploding on the scene right now, needs to keep producing to keep his value on the rise.
Braylon Edwards-still not what he was hyped up to be.
Dustin Keller-Sanchez has remembered that his TE is his best option at most times, and DK is loving every minute of it.
